Big and clean hotel, location was marvellous near despite the statement on the booking site as well as the centre of Manchester. Everyone was amiable as well as owner.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were incompetent.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business trip. It was close to public transportation which made it easy to get around. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making my stay more comfortable. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with basic amenities, including towels and toiletries.
The room was quite small and lacked proper ventilation. This made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the shared bathroom was not well-maintained, with dirty floors and walls. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired as well.

Despite initial concerns, our stay at the guesthouse was satisfactory. The location was convenient for our event at Manchester Arena, and the property was secure. The staff were accommodating and provided the necessary amenities upon request. The overall price for our stay was reasonable, making it a good option for budget-conscious travelers.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Just had an absolutely epic stay with my girls at this place! The location was perfect for our night out at the Manchester arena, which was just a short drive away. And guess what? Our car was totally safe and sound parked right outside. The room was stunning, although a bit chilly at first. But no worries, the owner sorted us out with an electric heater and we were cozy in no time. Plus, there was the cutest cat ever! Even though we didn't get to hang out with him much, he was absolutely adorable. And, listen up, there's a Chinese takeout just a quick 5-minute walk away. Their food was on fire! Oh, and big shoutout to the friendly locals we met when we accidentally walked into the wrong house. They were super chill and welcoming. So, ignore the rumors, this place is perfect for a crazy one-night rave. And, seriously, at less than 25 per person, you can't complain. Loved it!

I stayed at this place with my friends for a one-night rave and it was perfect. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute drive from our venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our cars were untouched while parked outside the property. The staff were accommodating and even provided us with glasses and a bottle opener. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The price was more than reasonable, less than £25 per person. we had a great experience and would recommend it for a short stay.
For families, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The neighborhood can be rough and after the event, some taxi drivers tried to overcharge us due to its reputation.

We were surprised by how helpful and accommodating the landlord was, even when we asked for additional items. The hotel offered parking space and was conveniently located near public transport, which made it easier for us to get around. Despite being in a rough area, we were impressed by how clean our room was and how the hotel facilities were well-maintained.
Nothing negative to report, all was excellent.

The landlord was really helpful, providing us with useful local information. the room and the guest house in general were great, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As for the location, it was conveniently close to key attractions in the city, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our city break.
The shared bathroom situation wasn't ideal. the bathroom was a bit worn in places and the shower pressure was meager.

The location was near popular spots to visit, and the staff was kind and accommodating. They offered free breakfast and a comfortable bed. However, the room could have been bigger to fit more luggage.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the shower had issues with the water temperature and pressure. The blankets smelled musty and damp.
